Nook Kaneko: Technician His work experiences include software, hardware sales and support, DNI, technician at CompUSA in Honolulu, Hawaii. These experiences made him be a technician who can repair both software and hardware issues and product support with software and hardware knowledge. In addition, he was a computer instructor for the Computer Training Academy. He successfully instructed a wide variety of learners from beginners to veterans. At the Water of Board of Supply of Honolulu, he created strategies for training over 600 employees on using computers for their every day jobs. Nook currently holds 8 professional level certifications and is studying to achieve more all the time. Nook is here to support the community in their technical needs. Hanae Kaneko: Customer Care Provider She was introduced computer related matters in 1996, when Microsoft Windows 95 was released. She has experienced participating in as a trader World Wide Computer Show in Taipei, which called TaipeiTex97. Her focus area in school was Education, with an emphasis in Educational Technology and Japanese Methodology. She used to be a school teacher developing computer based curriculums. Now Hanae is writing for Yuuyake Shimbun articles for Computer Q&A and here at NookTech for planning and customer support.
